Job Description
Duties and responsibilities
... - To proactively maintain regular engagement with key client contacts/doctor engagements in line with business expectations.
- Ensure delivery of KPIs including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures.
- Successfully delivering and managing peak trading period by optimizing resources.
- The continuous identification implementation of operational best practice through interaction with the wider team
- Identifying and highlighting further opportunities for services and process improvements
- Ability to demonstrate achievement of results e.g. business improvements, cost savings, P&L management
- Take targets and drive targets by coordinating with the Cluster sales manager
- Monitor doctor engagement activities and compliance on daily basis
- Monitor the referral management process, like onboarding, customer management, Home care, billing, feedback.
- Business Analysis of B2B,corporate connects,
- Engage with non-activated doctors to get the business.
- Give insights to the business team for provision of high in demand products, feedback/enquiries of consumers, TAT on delivery of finished products.
- Invoicing to engaged partners(doctors, corporates, Camps etc).
- Monitor the marketing campaign calendar, implementation and ensure the offers are uploaded in time in the billing portal.
- Effectively manage the camps that are conducted
- Gather training needs of users and new staff members and ensure the required training is imparted to the target staff in the requisite timeline.
- Effectively train executives for skill development on doctor engagement & sales.
Authorities
- Accountable for achieving set Sales targets/Lead management/Doctor Engagement
- Responsible for end-to-end operations
- Lead a team of high-performance individuals
Qualifications / Certifications
- Education: Postgraduate/Management certification etc.in Marketing/Retail
- Experience: Min 5 year of relevant experience.
