accurate completion of the payroll cycle.
Analyse and process off-cycle pay, special payments, adjustments,
and reversals.
Proactively ensure all errors and issues are being resolved in a

Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in processing employee
payments and employee status changes.
Strong grasp of the end-to-end business process strong
understanding of payroll requirements, laws, and regulations for

timeframe as indicated in the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Ability to work in a team, under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently in a team.
Advanced time management, planning and organizational skills.
Should be able to inter-relate international tax laws once training is
