Job description

JOB MISSION


To support the overall business strategy and help the business grow through executing various processes and SOPs developed by the organisation.

  • Drive business to increase profits.

  • Manage the outlets and take necessary steps for smooth operations.

  • Maintain consistency in operation, product delivery.


 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


 

  1. Provide support and guidance to the managers within the units.

  2. Recruitment and development of the management teams.

  3. Ensure highest level of customer service and supporting employees to enable them to deliver the same.

  4. To ensure health and safety and hygiene standards are maintained according to the government regulations and standards.

  5. Review key performance indicators to identify problems, concerns and opportunities to improve to achieve operational goals.

  6. Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long term success.

  7. Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and within the budget.

  8. Ensure compliance with companys policies and operational guidelines.

  9. Deal with problems and issues and by providing creative and practical solutions.

  10. Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.

  11. Assist management in decisions for expansion / acquisitions.


 

RELATIONSHIPS

Internal:

  • Reports to the Business Directors

  • Co-ordination with the L&D, HR,VM and Quality team.

External:

  • Managing external stake holder relationship including, but not limited to,

    • Vendors for different business needs.

    • Government officials within the business areas.


 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Know-how of performance evaluation metrics and principles.

  • Sound understanding of optimisation of store operational process.

  • Working in Billing software.

  • Exceptional communicating skills and leadership abilities.

  • Strong business acumen with strategic orientation.

  • Should have strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • A business background & mind is a must.

  • Open to travel 

  • Qualification Required:

  • MBA from a renowned institute

Experience Required:

  • Min. 5 years’ experience in managing multi business outlets in any field.

  • Handled 100+ employees

 

Salary -Will be discussed with Business Directors ,Max 6L Pa.
