Key Responsibilities :
Understanding of Adult Learning Theory or similar theories/concepts and instructional design methodology/concepts.
- Supports development and management of Work Instructions, Job Aids, One Point Lessons, and Skills Matrix for facility programs and positions
- Conducts needs assessments using a variety of methods (focus groups, surveys, etc.) with groups/divisions/locations to identify and prioritize developmental needs and partners with business stakeholders to identify appropriate solutions
- Contributes to the development of online and instructor-led, and task based learning solutions to support the implementation of business and factory initiatives
- Monitors and owns training KPIs, annual goals, and strategy
- Contributes to cross-functional teams exploring new technologies to address/identify gaps and provide for standardization and optimization
- Is responsible for supporting training for all facility pillars
