The international retailer brand vidaXL is opening a new office site in Hyderabad, India. The Hyderabad office will work in close relation with vidaXL headquarters in Netherlands and our office in China to perform e-commerce activities, marketing, copywriting, design, back-office and customer service.
It is expected the office will support 100 employees by end 2023 and grow to up to 500 in the next two year.
For preparation and later management of the office, vidaXL is looking for an experienced Order Management – Back Office Teamlead.

The Order Management Back Office Team Lead reports to Order management Manager.
Purpose of the job
The Order Management Back Office Team Lead is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Order Management Back Office team. This person will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective processing of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities/core tasks
· Lead and manage a team of order management back office department located in China
· Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders
· Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders
· Work closely with the sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order management
· Continuously monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
· Mentor and train team members to improve their skills and performance
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
· Report on performance within team KPI’s

Individual / job specific:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
· At least 2 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or a related field

· Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

The Order Management Back Office Employee reports to the Order Management Backoffice Team Lead
Purpose of the job
The Order Management Backoffice Employee is responsible for handling and processing customer orders. They play a crucial role in ensuring that orders are entered correctly, customers are kept informed, orders are managed, payments are processed, and items are marked as shipped on time.
Responsibilities/core tasks
· Enter customer orders into the system, verifying customer information, shipping addresses, and product availability
· Manage orders which need additional validation, corrections to ensure the orders are released for logistics in time
· Coordinate with other departments, such as shipping and receiving, to ensure that orders are fulfilled and delivered on time
· Monitor and report on order status related reports
· Follow established procedures and protocols for order processing and data entry
· Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on areas of improvement
· Continuously strive to improve processes, increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
