Role - Order Management

Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter and review order data as per company requirements
• Handle purchase order reconciliation to quote, contract terms and program requirements
• Adhere to all compliance guidelines including SOX and export regulations
• Maintain all published SLAs for order processing and fulfilment
• Learn the business model and the different lines of business and order types
• Work across multiple applications within the Order Management system
• Deliver on ad-hoc assignments as business require

You Need:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate strong social and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work outside office hours as per business requirements
• Ability to identify and resolve issues to effectively process orders
• Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams
• Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility

You Preferably Have:
• Software proficiency in Oracle, Excel and Outlook
• Related industry experience (~1 yr) in Quote-to-Cash processes
• Knowledge of SaaS business
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Language (European/Chinese/Japanese)
