Tracking new initiatives, rivals' activity and performance, detecting market shifts, and developing new models.• Adapting SLAs to changing client needs and corporate operations.• Organizing and presenting client specifications to the delivery team, as well as ensuring a smooth transition of assignments.How are you getting assessed?(Listed below are the key performance goals for the role.
