KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE: • Enhances and/or develops, implements, and enforce policies and procedures that will improve the overall operational efficiencies and effectiveness of the Global operations through innovation and automation. • Work with the Indian team to drive process excellence within the Shared Services Organization • Excellent stakeholder management by attending the reviews, meetings & presentations. • Defining / agreeing the Scope of work with respective stakeholders and work with the team to manage the expectations of the stakeholders. • Will be the single point of contact for the offshore and Indian leadership in regards to Finance Shared Services • Solid people management and Performance evaluation of the team members to build a high performing team. • Should be capable to close the annual appraisals, skip level meetings & employee one on one meetings. • Ensures timely and accurate reporting according to business needs.PERFORMANCE GOALS AND INDICATORS FOR THE ROLE: • Lead the Finance Shared Services team that supports multiple regions. • Provides support, oversight, and direction to the team ensuring adequate staffing, training, development and optimal operation in accordance with business needs • Manages the Finance Shared Services Organization - Finance function by developing people and processes that supports the needs of the stakeholders in various regions • Partners with stakeholders in various regions to identify opportunities for future scope • Spearheads solutioning and transitions into the India Finance SSC .KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: This section contains the minimum qualifications, technical skills and capabilities which are essential to execute the role. It may not be a reflection of job holder's own qualification and skills.Education: Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance.Experience: At least 13 years of rich experience in Finance & Accounts / Audit (At least 4-5 years of experience in Managing Finance in a shared service environment / multinational companies leading finance function). Excellent people management and process management skills.Functional abilities: Excellent communication skills, ability to drive stakeholder management, capable to manage the managers.
