    Roles and Responsibility:• Liaise with the other opco's stake holders on a regular basis.• Work with the Indian team to complete all the activities listed for each process.• Excellent stakeholder management by attending the reviews, meetings & presentations.• Owner to manage the escalations and process metrics.• Single point of contact for the offshore and Indian leadership team.• Good people manager, ensure the GC's are completed on time.• Set the KPI's at all levels according to the client/process requirements.• Should be capable to close the annual appraisals, skip level meetings & employee one on one meeting.• Process Transition, standardization, Back up creation KPI:• Process Transition: Get the download from the regions, create process steps and train the teams• End to end process and stakeholder management• Owner for process metrics ( TAT and Accuracy)• People ManagementQualifications:Post GraduateExperience:12+ yrs
