The responsibilities may include but may not be restricted to the following:● Gathering and Analyzing data for the business/region● Engage with decision makers on a regular basis● Identify opportunities to grow Randstad’s market share and revenue● Contribute to client engagement● Coordinating with internal stakeholder for Business proposal/Contracts/Legal etc for smooth coordination● Engage & Attract key talents for Randstad’s client/customer through guidance and career advice● Source and attract candidates by using social media, job portals, and various other databases. Conducting initial level of screening & filtering of candidates for the open positions● Responsible for Co-coordinating with Team Leaders to understand job specifications.● Sourcing, Screening & Validating profiles for open positions within TAT /SLAs defined.● Responsible for an interview schedule, shortlisting, follow-up with Stakeholders to understand offer closure & negotiation.● Updating daily activity in Trackers & business specific applications with progress on open positions.What do you bring with you?Educational Qualifications: Undergraduates/ Graduates/ Post GraduatesExperience: 0 -3 yearsFunctional Skills required to execute the role: You can be a fresher who is enthusiastic to take up new challenges Or you may be someone with knowledge & experience of using job portals and other prevalent sources of recruitment; or someone who has been involved in sales and business development.Your key strengths we look forward to:Negotiation & Influencing skillsCommunication skillsAttention to detailLearning & ResearchingWho do you interact with regularly?Internal Interactions: Business SPOCs, reporting manager, invoicing team, legal team.External Interactions: Clients
