Interaction with the Client HR SPOC to understand the Job details & position logistics. • Initiate an array of sourcing activities through various channels (i) job portals (ii)conducting referrals (iii) Mapping of target companies and headhunting to ensure a regular supply of candidates to meet the existing & future demands of the client. • Leverage Technology and use multiple sources of candidate attraction. Candidate validation and candidate positioning to the client. End to End recruitment coordination of the recruitment process with the client and the candidate. • Candidates; briefing and preparing candidates with relevant information on the client; co-ordinate. Interview logistics; negotiation of remuneration packages ensuring client needs are met in a timely. • Develop and maintain cordial client relations to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities. • New client acquisition, account mining and account widening • Timely collections for all GP billed within the stipulated period ,Adherence to activtity based field steering to get the desired outputKPI: • Achieving GP as per the target • Timely collections - Reductions in collection over due • New client acquisition • GP from existing clients -Client retention and mining • Adherence to activity based field steering, usage of search and match databaseQualifications: Graduate/Post GraduateExperience: 4-8 yrs
