They are experts in recruitment, building network and partnering with our business to hire the best candidates.- Responsible for screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating, and follow through until the candidate joins- Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources- Understand the Industry and environment the business operates- Understand the Talent Pool available and identify the key motivators for them to join an organization - Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Managers- Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline using research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants- Identify and submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers basis the JD provided and softer nuances shared- Have effective discussions on salary to ensure a fair remuneration package for the member basis their skillset and our internal parity.- Completion of process on the Online Tool - Support the candidates and Hiring Managers with the online documentation right upto pre-joining.- Share data and analysis to be able to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process- Giving Hiring Update with the respective Stakeholders (Weekly, Monthly & Fortnightly calls) - Experience & Qualification:- A professional / post graduate 3+ years of Experience in recruitment where by the incumbent has managed all aspects of the process- Ability to navigate Job Portals and Social Media sites for effective hiring- Ability to create Talent Pool through networking- Stakeholder management (Must)
