    About The Job

    The incumbent will develop strategic alliances and would be directly responsible for driving the business partnerships including but not limited to logistics, payments, financing, design partners, Quality assessments, custom handling agents, factory inspections.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Master's degree in management
    • 8 years of experience working in Alliances and Partnerships in B2B e-Commerce space
    • Experience with external stakeholder ecosystem development  
    • Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous situations
    • Exceptional ability to scan, identify and scale partners
    • Experienced professional in identification and development of value enablers
    • Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving/analysis skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    • To assess capabilities for which the platform should go for partnerships.
    • Scan the space for new growth opportunities through strategic partnerships in areas such as logistics, payments, financing, design, quality assessments, custom handling agents, factory inspections, etc
    • Conduct assessment, negotiations, and shortlist potential partners and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
    • Defining and aligning responsibilities, SLAs, SOPs with partner, leading to signing MSA.
    • Facilitate platform integration with tech team.
    • Maintaining tight operational control and ensuring partners are adhering to SLAs, including problem solving for issues/ escalations related to partner KPIs
    • Developing pitch decks for partners. Defining co-marketing plans with partners.
    • VAS Revenue Generation: Responsible for generating revenue by activating partnerships in collaboration with category managers
    • Maintaining up to date information on corporate alliances, market trends, internal trends, best practices.
    • Review MOUs and Other Standard Agreements to ensure that they are compliant with company policies.
