Required Skills and Expertise:
● 7+ Years of experience in performance, scalability, and fault tolerance testing using
JMeter, Gatling etc (At least One tool)
● 5+ Years of performance monitoring and analytics using New Relic, AppDynamics, Data
dog etc (At least One tool)
● Critical Thinking and Investigative mindset: Ability to able to think objectively and analyze
and evaluate an issue to make an informed decision/judgement
● Working knowledge of RESTful APIs , XML, JSON.
● Knowledge of testing and analyzing large and complex systems
● Knowledge of Jenkins/Hudson or another continuous integration and release
management tool
● Working Knowledge in Unix/Linux environment/ Debugging skills
● Experience following practices of agile development with continuous integration.
● Experience in deploying applications in AWS cloud or Docker.

● Take on additional responsibilities and projects for process improvement.
● Perform Root Cause Analysis on identified defects.● Provide coaching basis feedback analysis and maintain dashboards representing the

● Responsible for mentoring junior SDET with test and design reviews.
● Ensure compliance to laid down policies, procedures and guidelines.
● Support management on reviewing of key drivers, metrics and operational processes
that drive KPI results
