?� Play a pivotal role in designing, executing and measuring the effectiveness of global talent programs, which will include identifying issues, forming hypotheses and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations.
� Develop and analyze surveys and metrics.
� Conduct data analyses, such as regressions, factor analyses, t-tests and ANOVAs.
� Communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives and influence leaders to take action on those findings.
� Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
� Supports the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
� Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.
� Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
� Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.
� Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics.
� Collaborates with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (learning and development, staffing, talent management, diversity, compliance) to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight.
� Works as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys supporting the HR function.
� Provide thought leadership on the complete cycle of talent analytics, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing attrition
� Talent planning: forecasting future talent needs of business areas
� Talent management: own all internal employee research (surveys, focus groups, etc)
� Partner with the executive team, HR Business Partners, Recruiting, HR Communications, Compensation, Benefits, and other functions to understand and deliver on their data needs: from standard reporting, workforce planning support, to executive level analysis and recommendations
� Partner closely with HRIS and IT to build the required system functionality to collect, analyze and present data
� Responsible for the design and implementation of self-services reporting tools and data management that reflects the complexity of multiple separate and unique networks, inconsistent business unit platforms, and the complexity of global company
� Develop predictive models for attrition, high performance, and recruiting demand
� Manipulate and analyze large datasets using analytic features of multiple tools

?� A minimum of a Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline coupled with 7+ years applicable analysis and/or reporting experience; OR a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline coupled with 9+ years applicable analysis and/or reporting experience.
� Excellent problem-solving capabilities and superior analytical skills.
� Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends.
� Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
� Excellent communication skills.
� Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Excel experience.
