• Should have worked in offshore development and good understanding of offshore delivery Model.
• Should have the ability to work on individual assignments with minimal information and guidance from onsite coordinator and offshore lead.
• Should have experience in Impact Analysis, troubleshoot code and debugging of PeopleSoft Technologies
• Should have worked on all phases of development, testing, production support, etc.
• Should have experience in Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM).
• Should have good communication skills - verbal & written.
• Should manage scope and project expectations effectively on individual assignments  Peopletools 8.54 or later experience.
