Job Responsibilities
• Working within the Automation testing team consisting of global team members of Quality Assurance Organization.
• Design and mentor those in creating best-in-class performance testing approaches and plans for enterprise-wide
projects.
• Assist project members with infrastructure and application automation.
• Evaluate overall system execution during end-to-end Automation testing.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and report on automated test execution results including, regression breaks, test design issues,
and/or performance issues.
• Work tightly with software development, architecture and system engineering for application analysis initiatives to
define success criteria and evaluation methodologies.
• Keep team, management, and project leaders informed of key concerns and issues, along with recommended solutions.
• Work closely with the test management team to establish Automation testing criteria.
• Provide quality, process and technical leadership within the Automation Management team.
• Provide insight into performance bottlenecks leveraging a variety of skills and tool sets on multiple platforms.
• Establish a strong presence as a change agent providing innovative, effective, and efficient Performance Management
practices and solutions.
