Administrative Support:
Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the
MD.

Plan and arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations,
transportation, and itineraries.
Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
Project Management:
Assist in the special projects and initiatives as directed by the MD.
Monitor project timelines, and deliverables, and follow up on outstanding tasks.Confidentiality and Discretion:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and
professionalism.
Act as a trusted liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Office Management:
Ensure the MD's office is well-organized and operates efficiently.
Assist in organising company events, meetings, and other activities as required.
Communication:
Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the MD.
Communicate effectively with team members, executives, and external partners.
Support to the MD:
Provide personal support to the MD as needed, which may include running errands and
managing personal tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is
preferred.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting
senior executives.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other
relevant software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with high-level executives and stakeholders.
