?-Enhances collaborative efforts with global planning and Regional breeding teams to align on global/regional metrics and to ensure implementation of new tools/technologies for improved efficiency
-Directs and manage planning processes to optimize performance by cycle time, and ensuring pipeline targets are met
-Directs and manage product delivery performance to ensure materials are available to field testing timelines and targets, while optimizing cost to serve
-Directs and manage tactical pipeline planners to ensure that all virtual operations done on-time working in alignment with different stakeholders
-Collaborates with Precision Genomics labs on regular basis to align on timelines and capacity planning for both GBS and TQM samples
-Leads key projects implementation including Velocity and other technical innovations in the Seed Operations across pipelines in APAC
-Collaborates with APAC regulatory and T/C teams to reduce logistical delays and increase shipping efficiencies by 25% YoY for cross country seed movement
-Provide effective pipeline planning leadership including: individual goal setting/performance reviews, managing the development and recognition of employees, selecting personnel, supporting workforce diversity, quality and safety.
-Develops employees to enable a continued focused on cultural transformation, talent development, news skills, and succession strength of an evolving workforce

?-MS required in Sciences, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Business, etc.,
-8+ years of total experience, including minimum of 5 years experience in one or more Product Supply disciplines as well as in a leadership or supervisory role
-Ability to influence other members of the organization to help achieve goals and increase performance
-Ability to build relationships and partnerships within the organization
