3 Work closely with Plant team in overall total costs management of the plant
4 Approval of Plant Opex/Capex Indents
4 Monthly review of all GL accounts pertaining to Plant and analyze the spends versus Budget
5 Preparation of Plant Annual Budgets and quarterly forecasts

Verification and approving of Invoices for booking and ensure correctness of the amount charged,
postings to correct GL codes & Cost Centers and relevant backup documents are available
8
Ensuring Statutory compliances of the Plant like Proper TDS deductions, GST charges, Labour
contractor PF/ESI compliances etc
9 Coordinating statutory/Internal/cost audits relating to the Plant
10 Supporting decision making at plant regarding make vs buy, Capex payback analysis, cost/Benefit
analysis, Business cases, feasibility study etc. with clear assumptions
11 Timely Payments processing, Periodical vendor balance reconciliation, Control accounts reconciliation
12 Monthly Product Cost release and analysis of change in costs from month to month
13 Participate in monthly Physical count of Inventory in coordination with Production team and reconciling
the differences: RM, SFG, FG in Shop floor and outsourced materials
14 Analysis and reporting of Production order variances by order (Both price and quantity variance),
correcting the variances by close coordination with operations team
15 Ensure all productions orders & confirmation are closed and 100% goods issue has been posted by
month end
16 Monthly reconciliation of COGS: GL versus sub ledgers
17 Calculation of Overhead rates and maintaining the same in BOM
18 Validation of cost savings and Monitor the Cost savings pipe line in coordination with Operations team
and report the trend on a monthly basis
19 Review of Weight Analysis report and compare it with SAP BOM
21 Capex spend monitoring versus Budget
22 To be a member of the Scrap committee and ensure proper controls are in place for scrap accounting
and disposal
23 Monthly analysis of Plant Inventory and report non-moving stock/quality stock for corrective actions
24 Ensuring internal controls are in place and effective and implement the new controls with and proper
checks and balances
25 Any other activity as assigned by the Reporting Manager from time to time
