The role holder is directly accountable for the P&L of the plant / business unit. Responsibilities include achieving budgeted targets for cost, quality, delivery and productivity for the plant. The role holder is responsible for overseeing all functions in the plant to ensure smooth plant operations and deliverables of the plant / unit manufacturing ecosystem. This also includes implementation of initiatives to fulfil future business objectives and continuity.
