Overall responsible for Production, HR, Maintenance, SCM, Quality, Marketing function and profitable operation of company.
Planning operations for Manufacturing inclusive of Manpower , production and Product development as per APQP,
Developing effective strategies against MIS for continual improvement and profitable operations.
Focus on cost effective operation implementation & Lean manufacturing.
Implementing effective System of Lean Manufacturing creating flow and identifying wastages and reducing costs ( Fixed & Variable ) as per Budget Target
Binding production with improvement tools (5S, 3M, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, JH, QC Circle, Flow Manufacturing etc)
Implementing Quality systems through out the group (ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001), ensuring compliance to quality standards and maintaining all related documents.
Implement the feedback & review process throughout the company and decide the departmental KRAs.
Creating difference on shop floor through technical in puts on Improving productivity, reducing rejections defects / scrap and improving on costs etc.
Responsibility includes from the receipt of material to complete disp of finished goods.

?Experience: 18 - 20 years experience in Process industry like wires and cables, plastic extrusion, steel wire processing plant.
Required Experience:
Experience in areas of Plant Management, Operations, Management Quality Management, Production, Production planning, Material Management, Delivery management, Work and Motion Study, Man management.
Hands on experience and distilled knowledge in Manufacturing Process flow & Sequence, Jigs and fixtures, Quality systems of Manufacturing & Automobile industry, Low Cost Automation, Total Employee Involvement.
Experience in MIS, Costing, Pricing, and Revenue Control, Budgeting. Improvised Cost Sheets.
Rich exposure on development, implementation and maintenance of ISO:9000:2008, ISO/TS-16949:2009, ISO14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 Quality Systems.
development & line setup, customer handling, Customer complaints analysis and solving.
Practical Knowledge & Trainer for Poka-Yoke, 5S, 3M, Kaizen, Flow manufacturing, SMED, AM, 7 QC Tools, PFMEA, Control Plans, Operational Excellence, Lean management.

Qualification: Any engineer with MBA Operations
