1. Production & Process Management
Plan, monitor, and control daily production across sheet metal fabrication,
electroplating, and assembly operations.
Ensure adherence to process parameters, surface finish, and plating quality
standards.

2. Quality & Continuous Improvement
Ensure product quality as per customer specifications and ISO standards.Monitor rejection trends, plating thickness variation, and implement corrective &
preventive actions.
Collaborate with the Quality and Engineering teams to enhance product and
process consistency.3. Planning & CoordinationCoordinate with PPC, SCM, Maintenance, and Quality departments for smooth
workflow.
Review production schedules and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Optimize sequencing between fabrication, plating, and assembly to minimize
bottlenecks.
4. Cost Control & Efficiency
Control manufacturing costs, plating chemical consumption, and energy
utilization.
Drive initiatives to reduce material waste, rework, and non-value-added activities.
Ensure continuous improvement in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and
cost per part.
5. Manpower & Team Leadership
Lead and motivate a cross-functional team including production engineers,
supervisors, and operators.
Conduct regular team reviews and promote skill enhancement through training.
Foster a culture of discipline, teamwork, and accountability on the shop floor.
6. Safety, Compliance & Administration
Enforce safety norms across fabrication and plating areas; ensure zero-accident
culture.
Maintain compliance with Factory Act, Pollution Control norms, and statutory
regulations.
Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure proper housekeeping across
production zones.
7. New Plant Setup
Experience in establishing a new manufacturing facility from concept to
commissioning, including layout planning, equipment selection, and installation.
Proven ability to develop manufacturing systems, production flow, and process
controls during plant establishment.
Skilled in coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to
ensure timely and cost-effective plant startup.
Key Skills:
In-depth knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, electroplating processes, and
electrical component assembly.
Expertise in process optimization, line balancing, and productivity enhancement.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
