This position is part of ReCon plant cross functional leadership role based out of Pithampur ( Indore - MP ) location.

This role is reqd. to work closely with Pune Engg ALD / technology team / ReCon lab at CTCI, global NRP engg. and respective Chief engineers / ESW owners for technical approvals / design reviews. Regular communication with local and global NRPO teams to leverage best practices for salvaging solutions as reqd. by plants.
Ensure Current product support, reqd. Engg solutions to quality issues, support to various plant initiatives, etc. for NRPO product lines at both the plants.
The candidate should have strong engg background with knowledge of company's processes, exposure to VPI / VPCR, design reviews and current product support. He / she should have exposure to plant environment.
He / she should be strong team player working closely with plant cross functional teams having good inter-personal skills.
Turbo and engine / engine component experience is preferable. Good Communication skill is required for local and global connections.
