About the role
To analyse the strategy, plan and support execution of Email Marketing Journey’s using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget). Responsible for creating, managing, and deploying marketing campaigns - define campaign workflow, set up campaigns, audit, measure, and optimize the journeys. Have knowledge of the entire SFMC suite with experience working with Email studio, Mobile studio, Web studio, and all the builders. Works as a liaison between the account management and operations team to design and deliver high-quality, scalable technical solutions.
