JD:
Prepare billing MIS and coordinate with suppliers for reconciliation.
Assets capitalization
Engage with the suppliers for AMC activities of Security Infrastructure (Track RCA for incidents /snags, Periodic preventive maintenance and training etc.)
Handle first-level escalations in coordination with suppliers and stakeholders.
Review and document supplier SLAs.
Perform PO activities, validate IPVN
Support during audits and reviews.
Manage the central repository for artefacts/evidence related to billing, SLAs, contract documents, etc.
