1. The designated person/s will coordinate with multiple parties for supply of bunker, lubes, stores, spares, fresh water, provision, service engineers & JSW PIC etc. On-board JSW Vessels as per supply quantity and supplier details being shared with the supervisor by the JSW concerned team. 2. The person/s will coordinate with the operations team and vessel for understanding the ship's schedule. The person/s will coordinate with the supplier for arranging the supplies well in time. Once supply is confirmed, the supervisor will coordinate with the operations team to connect the supply to the vessel. 3. The person/s will coordinate with the suppliers/driver so that there is no delay on account of miscommunication / non communication and the person/s at all the times keep informed the details to the concerned. 4. Coordination with Customs office and / or MMB office and security for in/out movement of vehicle and goods. For local supply requirements of stores and spares, the person/s to seek quotations from multiple parties and share the same with assigned JSW employees to get approval and process the supply timely onto the vessels. 5. Any other necessary services to be provided for the smooth operation of the MBCs as and when required by JSW.
