Job Description:
Mandatory Skills:
- 4+ years of experience with excellent written and verbal communication.
- By communication we mean communication with the business teams and not with the technical teams.
- High Level communication is a must for this role.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in creating dashboards and reports using PowerBI.
- Experience in connecting different data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence.
- Experience in writing DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
- Implementation and experience in SQL coding: query writing, stored procedures, triggers and user-defined functions.
- Independently analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
- Exceptional communication skills (English).
The Right Candidate:
- Development and Support of Integration of Rally/Jira with various enterprise systems
- Administration and Support of Rally and Jira Systems
- Development and configuration of Rally System. Creation of custom elements.
- Mentoring of business customers post go-live with functionality of various modules
- Providing support to end users.
- Supporting Integrations of Rally with various enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot issues reported by end users
