Desired Candidate Profile
1. Engineering or MBA Graduate having 14-18 years of experience in Product Marketing,
Marketing Communication, Business Strategy, business and technology consulting, SI/
Customer / Partner relationship & strategic tie-ups.
2. Experience in identifying and implementing strategies to build Market Share, growth for
various Product.
3. Experience of working closely with Analyst firms to establish value proposition, brand
and credibility
4. Track record of driving large complex solution sales engagements.
5. Strong strategic capability with ability to manage strategic and operational goals.
6. Strong financial / business acumen.
7. Experience in managing performance of individuals and teams across global locations.
8. Leading the pre-sales teams to win multiple key accounts and engagements
9. Experience in Client Engagement, Consulting Program management and Solution
Architecture.
10. Proficiency in analyzing the customer’s business, applications and converting the
business needs into viable technical solutions.
11. Should be an expert in handling a diverse range of software products, solutions and
concepts relevant to diverse industries. Experience in providing software solutions in
BFSI vertical is a must.
12. Expertise in designing & implementing training programs for bringing keen customer
focus, high energy level, team spirit and knowledge dissemination among employees.
13. Excellent written, communication, inter personal, liaison and problem solving skills with
the ability to work in multi cultural environment.
Job Description :
Business StrategyBusiness Strategy for Newgen Products & Solutions across verticals including:
1. Identify and Implement strategies to build Market Share, growth for various Product.
Work with Analyst firms to establish value proposition, brand and credibility.
2. Creating a strategic road map and setting goals & milestones
3. Analysis and forecasts of emerging technologies and business opportunities Strategic tie-
up with system integrators/business partners to support Newgen’s offerings and establish
practices in terms of Workflow Applications and Document Management
services/solutions.
4. Strategy blue-prints for ROI/market share growth, operational efficiencies and resource
optimization5. Strong understanding of business goals and ability to create an IT strategy to meet those
goalsSolutioning
1. Ideation, Conceptualization of business opportunities that lead to new lines of revenue
generation
2. Consultative solutioning, Deal Structuring and Strategic Consulting
3. Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning for appropriate products and solutions.
4. Strategic pricing in competitive markets.
5. Identifying new markets in terms of products, need based segments, demographic
profiles.
6. Enabling strategic associations with SI / Consultants.Financial Management –
1. Continuous prudent management of the resources within the approved budget guidelines.
