Description: The Customer Champion- Solutions & Service Delivery. will be critical link in meeting the expectations of our clients & customers, by adding value to their logistics needs. Your skills and deep knowledge of the product will help to be proactive, resourceful; solution oriented which creates a great experience. You will be responsible to walk that extra mile and bring smiles to clients. You will ensure long lasting relationship building with the customer and follow a process driven operations to be in line with the business expectations.
- Graduate in any discipline. Diploma/PG in Import export management or Logistics or freight forwarding will be an added advantage
- Between 3-7 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding Operations / Customer Service/Pricing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of an international language would be an additional advantage.
- Should have handled / coordinated Freight Forwarding assignments of fortune 500 companies.
- Strong operations knowledge in Air and Sea - Imports / Exports.
- Hands on experience in working on logistics system/ ERP
- Basic knowledge of Computer. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
