ResponsibilitiesResponsible for design, specification, selection and services relating toMetallurgy.Provides technical expertise on corrosion, materials reviews, equipmentfabrication, non-destructive examination (NDE), metallurgy, materialsselection, quality assurance/quality control, failure analysis, insulationsystem designs, coating and painting system selections, and fire damageassessment. Set the fabrication requirements and define corrosion control oroperational steps necessary to avoid expensive failures due to corrosion ormetallurgical problems. MSHA/OSHA safety regulations knowledge is required.Assist in development of proposals and project scopes in collaboration withProposal Lead. Participate in Process Safety review processes and developmentof HAZOP reviews. Provides technical guidance to junior team members. PerformMan-hour estimate, Develop MPP, Progress reporting, Implement catchup plan,Represent advocate and negotiate for Company with clients and contractors10 years of experience, specifically in Metallurgy. * Experience in preparation of Material selection diagrams, Design Basis, Specification for insulation system, coating and painting, Review of vendor documents related to NDE, testing and material selection. Shall have strong negotiation skills
