JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The ADS workstream specialist helps oversee and handle the operational aspects of ongoing
Advisory Solutions (ADS) projects. We seek a professional who will oversee project progress,
budget and resources, control project execution, lead process documentation, support initial

operation phase, and manage IT requirements and resolution. You will be required to manage
change, build trust with project team and stakeholders to deliver on project outcomes.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders and project team to deliver
high-quality service.
Work closely with project manager, subject matter expert (SME), ADS managers to oversee
project progress, budget and resources and control project execution
Support subject matter expert (SME) and Global documentation team to develop and
regional or country specific templates, tools, and process documentation.
Support and monitor process deployment and manage escalation to resolve project risks.
Support project through hyper-care and initial operation period
Interact with Cargill’s IT department to manage IT requirements and resolution related to
deployment of applications/software required to support project implementation.
Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Fluent in English, verbal and written.
Project Management/improvement skills
Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
SAP / GTS knowledge.
Some knowledge/experience in areas of trade compliance or supply chain
Experience in working with people in multiple geographies or across different time zones
with diverse backgrounds to implement projects and process improvements.
Demonstrated abilities to lead, influence and communicate effectively.
KEY BEHAVIORS
Self-starter and detail-oriented
Provide direction, delegating and removing obstacles to get work done.
Anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
