?-Support and configure IPMS / KBRS and related add-on applications, and various other Procurement applications as the needs arise.
-Assisting others team members with the activities for the support group.
-Provide support/ troubleshoot for applications as communicated through DASH, e-mail or telephone.
-Monitoring updates for patches from vendor/ development team for Applications.
-Interaction with other Cross-Functional group / Energy Solution Business lines / site offices and communicate with developer / SME of the particular application.
-Interact with Project users for specific tasks/ reports.
-Assist Project users for automating repetitive project related tasks.
-Interaction with other IT groups - Project IT, infrastructure, Database Administrators etc.
-Testing applications and participate in certification process for new versions of applications.
-Providing training to users/ super users on applications as required.
-The position requires periods of work during off hours/ days outside the normal working hours/ days.?????

?Procurement, PL/SQL, Oracle


?-Minimum 5 years of experience in Application Support Role with Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle and MS-SQL Script writing, SharePoint 2013, Visual Basic, SSRS and other BI Tools.
-Working experience with APEX Oracle Suite will be an advantage.
-B.E / B.Tech. or Equivalent.
-2-3 years experience in Procurement with proven aptitude for automation.
-Should have good experience working with with the SAP P2P module / Oracle Forms / Adobe PDF Forms.
-Basic understanding of hardware and operating systems including system architectures, network infrastructures, client server principles.
-Skilled in oral and written communication.
-Having efficiency and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word & PowerPoint?????
