You will be working closely with the product head, executive leadership as well as all the stakeholders in
the diagnostics value chain to establish and manage the technology vision within Client
. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating applications to further the
technology prowess of the organization. The major responsibilities would be as follows:
 Guide product strategy and goals for the Patient centric and build consensus across cross-
functional partners
 Foster and sponsor innovation, identifying new opportunities that will revolutionize the future of
healthcare delivery
 Partner closely with leaders across Medical and Diagnostics teams to coordinate and scale
cross-functional efforts for delivering best-in-class health care experiences
 Aligning the technology vision and overall business strategy and managing the digital &
technology roadmap for the business
 Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development and deployment
of technologies
 Providing information on how digital technologies are being used to transform the business,
thereby reporting the progress of initiatives to the business stakeholders
 Ensuring technological processes and services comply with all requirements, law and
 Evaluating various technology options and keep a tab on advancement happening in the
 Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to
identify market opportunities for the products/services.
 Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new
product ideas, identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet customer needs,
and liaise with other areas of the organization (for example production, research and
development) to implement these changes JOB DESCRIPTION
 Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against
forecasts; and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the products/services.
 Allocate resources and schedule marketing and advertising activities according to the importance
of each product/service in the organization’s overall marketing strategy for product/service line.
 Liaise with advertising and promotions specialists to design sales campaigns and sales collateral
for the products/services that are consistent, effective and appropriate for the target audience.
 Build, lead and develop a successful team of Brand/Product Managers.
