Responsibilities:• Own the reporting products across the entire product lifecycle• Build custom reporting dashboards that provide insight into key metrics of business performance• Serve as the point person internally for prioritizing data requests, including generating reports for internal and external stakeholders• Manage and maintain the various data sources, including all documentation of data sources including data dictionary and source to target mapping• Manage and maintain all reporting dashboards, including making updates to existing widgets and queries• Partner closely with design, product, and commercial teams to understand requirements and translate them into reporting solutions• Conduct stakeholder interviews to develop an understanding of the metrics and business workflows Must Have:• Growth mindset and willingness to go above, beyond, and outside of the formal role• 1+ years of data product owner experience• 3+ years of experience with data products, such as data sourcing, management, and visualization products (i.e., Reporting Analyst, BI Developer)• Experience working with Agile product development process• Experience with query languages such as SQL (advanced skill level preferred)• Proven ability to build data visualizations to best represent the underlying source data• Ability to understand source data and build custom analytics• Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and use data to make decisions• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Nice to Have: .• Experience with healthcare data and/or healthcare programs.• Experience with AWS Technologies, including AWS Redshift and AWS Quicksight.
