To implement a sustainable development of Sch�co system products for the Indian market. Product Manager works as an interface between Sales and R&D department as well as all relevant departments at headquarters in Germany under close coordination of Engineering Director - India.
Conduct, analyse and transfer market research, market sizing, competitive analysis and benchmarking, and trend identification to identify/understand market segments and define product concepts with a sustainable competitive advantage (unique selling proposition).
Identify local performance requirements for product certifications and facilitate product testing with the respective departments and institutes (e.g. Green Mark, ASTM, etc.) in order to support global product development. Identify relevant market segments and out of this product requirements.
Working out product and marketing ideas as well as support with product and marketing presentations for sales, customers and architects.
Organize product and market related flow of information between country organization and headquarter interfaces such as product management, R & D department, marketing, technical marketing, purchasing and supply chain.
Implementation of product introduction following global process and local adaption.
Responsible for coordination of new product launches with local Sales, Marketing and Training teams. Support the regional Sale Teams in India with product and Sch�Cal+ trainings as well as facilitating access to technical documentation for Training Centres (if not available).
