As program manager, your main mission is to formalize and adjust the vision and roadmap of the family of your platform service. These responsibilities include cross-team development execution planning, communication coordination, progress tracking, operations planning, management reporting and escalations. To achieve this mission, you carry out the following activities:

  • Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products.
  • Collaborates with global commercial services partners and customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
  • Turns data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer.
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
  • Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  • Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap.
  • Works with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers.
  • Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
  • Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
  • Defines and executes go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.
  • Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment
  • Supports the assessment and management of major risks in projects
  • Defines or participates in the definition of strategic choices in terms of technical solutions for its customers
  • Contribute to the test cases conception
  • Contribute of the validation of the user stories,



Job Requirements:
  • Ability to achieve objectives in a dynamic and changing environment,
  • Significant practice of at least one approach among Scrum, Kanban,
  • Strong technical program management experiences working within globally distributed teams across multiple time-zones
  • Strong practitioner of AGILE software development processes and toolchains
  • Ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, drive impact and story mapping, release planning, backlog creation, and deliver them in a successful and timely manner
  • Proficiency at leveraging limited resources and a proven ability to manage competing priorities
  • Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
  • Customer first, thinking mind set
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively


  • Minimum 5-9 year experience as a Product Owner in Autosar/Automotive/ADAS Projects
  • Previous career background as a software developer or software test engineer
  • Experience with highly distributed, service oriented and cloud native architectures and concepts
  • Familiarity with modern SaaS practices such Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
  •  Product Owner certification
  •  Scrum master certification
  • Familiarity or experience with story mapping
  • Knowledge of open-source software platforms and tools
  • Familiarity with DevOps and SRE culture, automation, metrics and tools.
