- Production Planning & Execution:
- Assisting in the planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
- Monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Identifying and resolving production issues and bottlenecks.
- Implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Quality Control & Assurance:
- Conducting quality checks and inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Ensuring products meet required specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Maintaining quality records and preparing reports.
- Participating in root cause analysis for quality deviations.
- Machine & Equipment Operation/Maintenance:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment.
- Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on machinery.
- Assisting in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Ensuring optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
- Process Improvement:
- Identifying opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste elimination.
- Participating in the development and implementation of new production techniques or modifications.
- Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Adhering to all safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
- Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintaining accurate production records, logs, and reports.
- Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly production summaries.
- Documenting processes and procedures.
