Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning and Control:

   • Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
   • Develop and implement efficient production processes.
   • Coordinate with PPC and other departments for smooth workflow.

2. Process Optimization:

   • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for improved efficiency and reduced costs.
   • Identify and implement automation or technological upgrades to enhance productivity.

3. Team Management:

   • Lead and mentor a team of operators and junior engineers.
   • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and ensure adherence to safety standards.

4. Quality Assurance:

   • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
   • Address and resolve quality issues in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team.

5. Machine and Tool Management:

   • Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of machines and tools.
   • Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

6. Inventory and Resource Management:

   • Monitor and manage raw material and inventory levels to prevent production downtime.
   • Work with procurement teams for timely material availability.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

   • Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, challenges, and improvements.
   • Maintain proper documentation of processes, changes, and output metrics.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of aluminium formwork manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in using CAD/CAM software for production-related design and analysis.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Production Management or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience in handling large-scale production units with advanced automation.
