• Monitor production progress and ensure production schedules are met
• Facilitate material movement between processes and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production.
• Ensure efficient production processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments, and provide technical support as needed.
• Allocating the manpower as per shift schedule and plan.
• Arrange the Process Records & Process Guide Lines to all the machines and ensure that the workmen to follow strictly the same.
• Checking the availability of Tooling and giving intimation for the new Tooling well in advance minimum 3 shifts.
• Daily maintaining good housekeeping in the plant and FOD control.
• Ensuring the raw material availability near m/c’s before issuing the process control record (minimum 3 shifts in advance).
• Reviewing shift wise output of all the running machines and circulating the report to concerned through Daily entry
• Secondary or multicore sizes lengths checking as per required planned lengths and give instructions to operators
• Monitoring daily & month plan and execute the same
• Workmen leaves updating in LMS
• Give the process clearances
• If any deviations will raise NCR and submit to QA/RO
• If any Machines / Equipment break down, raise break down intimation for the same and get it rectified
• Incident report to be raised if man / material / machine damage to be reported to RO / FH immediately within 24 hours.
• Checking the Calibration of Equipment/ Machines and allocating as per Plan
• Other Works Assigned by Plant In-charge / FH.
