- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher qualification is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in academic advising, career counseling, or program management is highly desirable.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office software and databases.
Work Environment:
- Monday to Saturday (10AM- 7PM) (Work from office only)
Advising and Counseling:
- Meet with students, employees, or clients to discuss their educational or career goals.
- Provide personalized advice on program selection, course scheduling, and career planning.
- Assist with understanding program requirements, prerequisites, and application processes.
Program Planning and Management:
- Help develop and maintain program curriculam, schedules, and resources.
- Monitor participant progress and performance, providing support and intervention as needed.
- Coordinate with faculty, staff, or other stakeholders to ensure program quality and effectiveness.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other advisors, faculty, and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to program delivery.
- Engage in outreach activities to promote programs and recruit new participants.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance program offerings.
