**Project Co-ordinator / Site Execution-Interiors**** **Experience: 3-5 years in Site Execution-Residential InteriorsQualification: \- Diploma / Civil Engineering with an experience in handlinginteriors execution of large residential projects.Job location: \- Bangalore**Salary Bracket: 2.5 - 3 Lacs CTC per annum**Must have a two-wheeler, with a valid driving license.Should have a good command over English.Should know the local language-Kannada & HindiWell-versed with the Bangalore geography * Good knowledge of materials and should be adept at vendor management. * Responsible to manage all the interior execution related works. * Expertise in Residential projects * Management of multiple sites execution * Co-ordination with the design team/Execution team. * Co-ordination with Vendors * Client interaction. * Ability to read AutoCADD drawings and execute as per the designs * Plan the work efficiently to meet the agreed deadlines. * Submission of periodical status reports to the reporting manager on the progress, quality control and other interior related works * Team Player
