Job Description
Randstad Technologies Resourcing Coordinator will assist in interviewing, assigning, and coordinating project technicians, budgeting, assigning and performing project related administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
· Source talent through W2’s, platforms, or partners
· Verify proper skill set of all talent placed on the project
· Review scope of work with talent
· Average technician rates by skill set and region
· Work order management on platforms
· Skill set availability

· Perform Resourcing Coordinator responsibilities to include but not limited to:
o Communicate and negotiate with contractors as needed
o Utilize company resource tools and applications
o Reporting activities
Education
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Shift Time: 7:30 PM to 4.30 AM IST ( 8 AM to 5 PM CST)
Work Experience/Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· 3-5 years’ experience in Project Coordinator role, interaction with cross functional teams and managing project administrative activities
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills highly recommended
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Problem solving and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and manage one's time
· Ability to adjust and adapt to changing project parameters
· Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved with recruiting, interviewing, reporting, and meeting administrative tasks
· Strong knowledge of MS and Google Suites (Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, Docs, Slides)
· Ability to navigate web based platforms/programs
