Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules
- Organizing and participating in project meetings and documenting actions and decisions from meetings
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Ensuring projects adhere to agreements/proposals and maintaining all documentation
- Develop and track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results
- Drive and co-create Project Management process improvement initiatives
- Ensure quality and accuracy of integrated project plans encompassing all cross-functional activities (R&D dependencies, Business Development, Data Sciences etc)
- Understanding client commitments and coordinate internal resources to achieve high-quality deliverables on-time
Qualifications and Requirements
- MPharm/MTech/MSc in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Molecular Biology) and at least three years of experience in coordinating/managing projects
- Competent in using PowerPoint, Word and Excel, and have good verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Work closely with others in a team environment
- Preference: MPharm/MTech/MSc in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Molecular Biology)
- An additional MBA degree will be added advantage
