 Coordination with all stakeholders of a project, attending all design reviews, and progress review meetings and providing inputs, adhering to the deadlines decided by Management, and planning the works accordingly.
 Shall have knowledge of MEP services works & must be able to coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, and consultants.
 Ensuring EHS/quality control systems at the site & its documentation control. Ensuring material quality standards & its testing reports generation.
 Must have handled a team of 15 to 20 technical staff. Will be leading a team of subordinates like Construction managers, QC engineers, planning engineers, junior engineers, Safety officers, QS/billing engineers, and supervisors.
Job Description
 Get prepare project schedule, monitoring & control. Identifying risks involved & assessing same. Day-to-day, weekly planning, ensuring implementation of planning at site.
 Attending design review/site progress review meetings, preparation of agenda, and minutes of the meeting. Generating documents and document control.
 Should have control over project budget monitoring. Analysis on a periodic basis for cost & time impact due to design changes, check for changes & verify, and ensure approval for changes before execution.
 Reporting to Management.
 Hand over projects to satisfaction.
