Ability to communicate with correct stake holder
Ability to identify the Risk and come up with the mitigation plan
Must Have - high level understanding of AWS services
should have delivered at least 1-2 projects on AWS (Snowflake is good to have)
Ability to understand the correct stake holder
Strong Agile process understanding. With experience to track projects on JIRA
Ability to handle crisis situation by reaching out to the correct stake holder in correct time
Able to identify problems and blocker in a project
Able to organize effective team meeting with time bound and efficient approach
Able to communicate with the team regarding appreciation, issues and escalation
Able to own technical work as well
Efficient in SQL and should be able to guide team
Good to have expertise on any of the leading cloud solution
Ability to define and follow process
Should be able to put forward the ideas to the leaders and should be able to convince the leaders
