Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and support multiple projects across departments, ensuring deliverables are tracked and completed on time. 
  • Facilitate working sessions and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, align on goals, and clarify scope. 
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, meeting notes, process maps, and status reports. 
  • Identify and document current business processes; collaborate with teams to recommend improvements and efficiencies. 
  • Assist in the rollout of new tools, systems, or processes, supporting training, communications, and adoption efforts. 
  • Monitor progress of initiatives, flag risks or issues, and support mitigation planning in partnership with project leads. 
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for projects, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and resources. 
  • Contribute to building standardized templates, tools, and best practices to enhance project execution. 

 

Requirements: 

  • 2-5+ years of experience in a project coordination, project support, or process improvement role. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Communications, or related field. 
  • Certification in project management (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with stakeholders at various levels. 
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com. 
  • Ability to create process documentation and flowcharts using tools like Visio, Lucid chart, etc.  
  • Exposure to formal project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) 
  • Experience in change management, training, or internal communications is helpful.
