The PMO team is in charge, based on standard processes like PLM or PM, of the proper Project Management, assuring needed results in safety, quality, time, and cost. The scope of the Portfolio area includes prioritization and overall resource management to achieve the best results possible for customer requirements.
Responsibilities:-
As a PMO Specialist, your tasks will cover all aspects of portfolio and project management.
To be more specific, your areas of responsibility will among others cover:
Portfolio maintenance and reporting, with the compilation and follow-up of all projects, focusing on statuses, risks, and resources.
Developing new methodologies and systems that enable us to improve our portfolio and project management capabilities
Define and Create the Processes and Templates for Project Managing, including its Governance
Mandatory Skills:-
Engineering background. Minimum you hold a bachelor of engineering.
More than 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Project Management.
Project Management tools usage expertise
You have excellent communication and English skills both orally and in writing.
