Job Description:
We are looking for a self-driven, proactive individual with effective communication and administrative skills as necessitated by the centralized Project Management Office.
Key Accountabilities:
- Act as a central focal for Tracking, Coordination of all Initiatives across Native Software Engineering Capability Centre working with the CC Managers and CC Leads
- Planning, Structuring & Content Management for the Leadership Workshops, Townhalls and allied communications like Newsletters etc as agreed with CC Managers & Leads.
- Budget Management & Reporting including Time & Expense Tracking through proactive follow up with individuals to ensure Finance Compliance.
- Change Management & Communications
- Project/ Activity Status Tracking & Reporting for Native Software Engineering Excellence and ensure that it is fit for purpose, complete, timely, accurate, and communicated effectively.
- End-to-End Resource Fulfilment through collaboration with Enterprise Resource Management Analysts for Sourcing, Interview Scheduling & Coordination.
- End-to-End Joiner/ Leaver Management including Onboarding & Offboarding Coordination & Tracking of IT & Asset/ System enablement processes through collaboration with HR/ Contracting Service Desk/ Enterprise Resource Management Analysts to ensure that that the process adheres to the target timelines.
Skills & Requirements:
- Expert Level Skills on MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS-Forms etc)
- Highly organized, possessing strong analytical abilities with proven working experience in areas of accountabilities.
- Experience with planning tools like MS Project would be added advantage.
