7. Be a liaison to facilitate communication and collaboration between Business units/representatives, support teams, developers, project team and suppliers
8. Documenting Technical architecture, procedures, operational KPIs on Confluence
9. Cascade information and updates pertaining to change/update in system or processes to concerned stakeholders proactively/timely manner
10. Co-ordinate to get necessary decisions from concerned stakeholders for changes and releases.
11. Follow escalation path to ensure timely resolution of incident/Requests.
12. Be the SPOC for provisioning access to systems/applications
13. Establish operational weekly/monthly governance with suppliers and KPI reporting
14. Review and track action items till closure
Required Skillset and Experience:
1. Around 8-10 years of working experience, preferably in the role of Product owner and/or Project Manager
2. Familiarity with database, big data technologies and SQL.
3. Familiarity with common software development languages like Python, Java etc.
4. Good understanding of ITSM, Configuration Management, Incident Management, Request Management and Change Management
5. Very good communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate across multiple suppliers and internal teams.
7. Experience of working in multicultural environment
8. Self-driven independent work ethics that drives internal and external accountability
9. Knowledge of automobile after sales business processes - Preferred, not mandatory
10. Knowledge of German Language – Preferred, not mandatory
